The "14^th International Workshop on Atmospheric Science from Space using Fourier Transform Spectrometry" (ASSFTS14) will be hosted next year by the Institute of Applied Physics of the Italian National Research Council (IFAC-CNR) in the Scientific Campus of Sesto Fiorentino near Florence, from Wednesday May 6^th to Friday 8^th. This workshop will bring together scientists who have developed and applied FTS (Fourier Transform Spectroscopy) instrumentation in space-borne applications. The interest on this subject is increasing because of the recent and programmed launches of FTS instruments and of the growing interest in the study of climate changes. About 70 participants from several countries, among which Italy, France, Germany, Canada, USA, Japan, and China, are expected (for this meeting).
